Irina Curbelo is a strategic, results-driven executive with over 15 years of international experience supporting complex organisations through transformation, governance enhancement, and multi-country operational growth. She is adept at translating strategic vision into robust operating models, high-performing teams, and sustainable, measurable outcomes.

She brings over a decade of international audit and advisory experience, having worked across multiple industries with Deloitte Canada, KPMG in Germany and the Caribbean, and TMF Group in the UK. She also served as Managing Partner at Henley & Partners, where she held responsibility for markets across the UK, Western Europe, and West Africa.

Irina has a strong track record advising C-suite leaders and HNW/UHNW Principals, chairing cross-functional initiatives, and overseeing operations across more than 40 countries. Recognised for sound judgement, discretion, and gravitas, she engages with confidence across family members, boards, advisers, and external stakeholders.

A citizen of Canada, the United Kingdom, and Spain, Irina holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Western University (UWO). She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, and has a working knowledge of French.
